In recent years, due to the steel - concrete composite beam with light weight, high strength, stiffness in the application of bridge construction in China has become increasingly widespread. Wuhan twenty-seven Yangtze River Bridge under construction is the main beam steel structure, bridge deck concrete structure, the world's largest span of three towers connected by the main beam bridge panel shear pieces with Cable-Stayed Bridge. Steel - concrete composite beam by the different nature of the two materials are combined with the overall structure, the interaction force due to shrinkage and creep of concrete, in a combination of steel and concrete surface, resulting in redistribution of internal forces, resulting structure to generate a lot of additional deformation. Due to shrinkage and creep is changing over time, lead to the instars concrete effects caused a lot of difference. At present, a lot of box girder bridges in order to prevent shrinkage and creep deflection and stress changes and the loss of prestress using precast concrete panels placed a certain period of time and then erected. In instars concrete shrinkage and creep study combined with the effects of the Cable-Stayed Bridge can provide a reference to a similar bridge type design and construction. Wuhan twenty-seven Yangtze River Bridge under construction engineering background, application bridges professional software MIDASCIVIL the establishment of large span three towers combined space of Cable-Stayed Bridge computational model, the finite element simulation analysis; analysis of shrinkage and creep twenty-seven Yangtze River Bridge deflection, stress changes, and loss of prestress; based on age adjusted effective modulus method, comparative analysis of different loading age shrinkage and creep of the three towers combined with the impact of the Cable-Stayed Bridge. Specifically, this paper mainly the following aspects: 1, the Yangtze River Bridge in twenty-seven engineering background, the use of a bridge professional software MIDAS space finite element model of the full-bridge finite element simulation analysis. The results showed that the main beam deflection of the compressive stress in the concrete components as well as the cable tension to meet regulatory requirements, the design is reasonable;, shrinkage and creep analysis of three towers combined with the effects of the Cable-Stayed Bridge The results showed that concrete creep and shrinkage of the three towers of Cable-Stayed Bridge deflection can not be ignored, up 19.2cm; composite beam concrete bridge decks stress is very small, only reduced 1.0MPa steel main beams stress significantly increases 14.7MPa; concrete creep and shrinkage prestress losses, and 47.89% of the maximum total loss, needs to be fully considered. 3, based on the age adjusted effective modulus method, comparative analysis of the different loading ages of shrinkage and creep Yangtze River Bridge of twenty-seven analysis showed that the concrete loading the longer the age of three towers combined beam cable-stayed the smaller bridge deflection and stress, and stabilize concrete age of 180 days after the impact of the cable-stayed bridge.
