Abstract

Demand for oil transport ships at sea in the development of economic globalization trend, the rapid growth, and greatly improve the number and tonnage of the transport ship, and the frequency of ships entering and leaving the port waters has greatly increased from constantly exposed to high risk and other characteristics. Once the ship is accidental oil spill occurs, how to accurately forecast the oil spill and timely handling of domestic and foreign issues of common concern. Scholars in this regard has a more in-depth study of this article is on this basis, further study offshore oil spill forecasting techniques, aims to provide scientific reference for the Oil Spill Response. This paper analyzes offshore oil spill forecast accuracy mainly depends on accurate forecasting and oil spill accurate simulation of the process of their own behavior and fate of environmental dynamic factors ship oil spill at sea to the development of the process of their own behavior and fate of and related computer software to establish the corresponding numerical simulation modules. Accidental oil spill occurs to a ship at sea, oil spill oil film behavior and fate of the process is more complex, access to the domestic and international literature on the basis of comparison analysis, research and perfect ship oil spill behavior and fate of each process as much as possible. This study closely the impact of the offshore oil spill behavior and fate of the three factors, namely oil spill oil spill scene and the marine environment elements. First, three factors affect the processes of the oil spill change analysis, to determine the factors to be considered for each process of change, and then establish the appropriate module. In this paper, based numerical simulation based on the model of the oil spill of oil particles, to consider the merits of each of the following steps: First, in order to more accurately reflect the film's physical, chemical, and biological processes, the paper considered the oil particle model initialization ship real-time overflow method for determining the amount of oil and oil spill area. , In the case of the spill amount determining whether the size spectrum of the oil particles can close real particles is analog key. Established oil particle model the size of the oil particles are divided into two categories: ① particle size calculated oil floating in the sea, according to the formula in the text of 3-18 and 3-19 to determine; ② into the water droplet size is determined based on actual observations, The size is located between 10-1000μm. Third, determine the number of simulation of oil spills and oil particles, according to the simulation requirements of each calculated oil particles gives the corresponding calculated parameters. Fourth, consider each change process involving the major impact factors, the establishment of the oil film on the sea surface level migration proliferation and into the water after the vertical diffusion and other changes in the process of numerical simulation module and analysis of the processes of the mutual impact of factors determined in the simulation of each program change process interaction parameter passing. Determine the oil spill simulation in the three critical point in time, into the water droplet size, and the Hurst exponent. , For oil spill behavior and fate of modules, design, build and commissioning of various process modules to achieve the numerical simulation of the entire oil spill process change, and finally through the adaptive simulation of the process to ensure the stability of the entire oil spill module reliable, the foundation for the realization of typical waters of real-time and accurate oil spill forecast.
