Abstract


Metro Cars is an electrical transmission EMU, namely electric drive way to achieve energy conversion and transfer of locomotives. In the subway during the operation of the vehicle , the frequent starting and braking , coupled with numerous corners, very harsh operating conditions . Gear transmission is a key component of subway cars , is not smooth itself prone to vibration and vibration transmitted through the truck , belonging to fault -prone parts, once the gear transmission fails, a direct threat to the safe operation of subway cars . As Metro gears installed hidden , complex structure, difficult to remove , type of failure are many and complex , combined with the test conditions, the fault diagnosis quite difficult . Through this paper, the typical metro gears fault types were analyzed to study the vibration response , summed up the vibration signal in time -frequency domain features , on the basis of pilot programs designed , developed subway gears fault monitoring system , complete the Metro gears fault diagnosis . The main contents include: Gears troubleshooting practical techniques to analyze the situation at home and abroad research ; gears on the subway operating characteristics analysis, research common failure modes , analyzing the relationship between the two ; common failure modes for vibration analysis to study the mechanism of signal modulation characteristics and composition ; design test systems ; fault diagnostic tests ; reference vibration theory to analyze the test results , obtained effective condition monitoring methods . This thesis on exploration and development subway gear transmission condition monitoring and fault diagnosis theory system has a positive role in promoting and gears for the subway fault diagnosis made ??simple and effective method. This thesis comes from China South Locomotive \u0026 Rolling Stock Corporation science and technology projects .
