In this study, by analyzing the the adult hens small intestinal fluid digestive enzymes, ion concentration, pH, and biological indicators, based on the principle of equivalence digestive enzyme activities, preparation of the the artificial simulation small intestine and the chicken endogenous digestive physiology composition close bionic digestion instrument by monogastric animals, explore the the egg white feed bionic digestible energy values ??(DEBM) and biological method differences on the true metabolizable energy (TME), to provide a reference for the rapid assessment of the nutritional value of poultry feed. Experiment 1 to digestive enzyme activity and ion concentration the Ji Chang liquid through the study of dietary protein sources, explore the relationship of dietary ingredients and the Ji Chang liquid composition simulated small intestinal juice, chicken feed enzymology bioefficacy evaluation method of artificial designed to provide a reference. Test with 2 × 2 completely randomized design, were collected fed corn - soybean meal diet and corn - soybean meal - cottonseed meal based diets duodenum and jejunum digesta, intestinal fluid was prepared by the method of low-temperature centrifugation. The analysis results showed that the the empty intestinal fluid trypsin activity in corn - soybean meal diet conditions, duodenal fluid lipase activity was significantly higher than the corresponding values ??of corn - soybean meal - Cottonseed Meal Based Diets (P = 0.0141). Differences of activity from different bowel intestinal fluid digestion, amylase and trypsin activity in duodenal juice significantly lower than the empty intestinal fluid values ??(P lt; 0.0001), and lipase activity was significantly higher than that The corresponding values ??in the empty intestinal fluid (P lt; 0.0001). Chymotrypsin activity of both intestinal fluid was no significant difference (P = 0.8011). Corn - soybean meal - Cottonseed Meal Based Diets chicken duodenal fluid Mg2, the empty intestinal fluid K concentration was significantly higher than the corresponding value in the corn - soybean meal diet conditions (P = 0.0351), and empty intestinal fluid The CL-concentration was significantly lower than corn - soybean meal diet corresponding value (P = 0.0286). From the of different bowel intestinal fluid ion concentration differences, duodenal fluid K concentration of CL-significantly higher than the corresponding value of the empty intestinal fluid (P lt; 0.05), Na and Mg2 concentration and pH value significantly lower The corresponding value at empty intestinal fluid (P lt; 0.05). The duodenal fluid empty intestinal fluid concentration of Ca2 was no significant difference (P = .1090). This suggests that dietary protein sources have a significant impact on the the Ji Chang liquid protease activity and part of the electrolyte ions concentration, different bowel intestinal juice there are big differences in the composition. Test two through explore suitable hydrolysis based on bionic digestive enzymatic conditions simulated digestion stage of the laying hens, chicken feed enzymology bioefficacy evaluation method to simulate the digestive process design to provide a reference. Long under the conditions of single factor completely randomized design, were measured in different digestion ration dry matter digestibility and digestible energy values. The results show that the analog in the stomach digestion stage corn - soybean meal diet, and corn - soybean meal - cottonseed meal type diets after 4h, 5h, 6h digested dry matter digestibility and digestible energy values ??there was no significant difference (P gt; 0.05), and significantly higher than 1h, 2h, 3h digestion of the corresponding value (P lt; 0.05). Simulated digestion stage in the small intestine, corn - soybean meal diet 12h dry matter digestibility and 15h, 18h dry matter digestibility differences not statistically significant (P gt; 0.05), but 12h digestible energy value of 15h, 18h digestible energy values there was a significant difference (P gt; 0.05). Dry matter digestibility and digestible energy value of corn - soybean meal - the cottonseed meal type diets from 12h to 15h were significantly higher (P lt; 0.05), when digestion extend the time from 15h to 18h, dry matter digestibility and digestive Emergy There was no significant difference (P gt; 0.05). The results, under the experimental conditions stomach to simulate digestion of the appropriate digestion time to 4h is appropriate, suitable digestion time of the small intestine analog digestion stage 15h appropriate. Test three research 10 cottonseed meal samples and 10 soybean meal samples bionic digestion the emergy and Biology law determination of the true metabolizable energy value of the difference between two methods of feed metabolizable energy value. The results show 20 samples, 17 samples bionic law digestion emergy and biological method TME value not significant with differences (P gt; 0.05), three feed samples of DEBM value and TME value differences significant with (P lt; 0.05) . From the comparison of the two methods, the average value of 20 samples of biological method TME slightly higher than the bionic digestible energy value, but the difference was not significant (P gt; 0.05). Can be drawn bionic digestible energy value reaches estimate Biology law TME value requirements, feed the effective value of the resolution, the bionic digestible energy value is higher than that of the biological law TME value.
