Abstract


City mobile dealers bring convenience to people; meanwhile, it hindered city functions to a certain degree. The effect of using control measures is not apparent, management contradictions appear. It’s a hard nut to crack in the management of urban management. Building the long effect management mechanism of the current vendor is significant. Under the background of service-oriented government, need to definite some relations, and put forward the new request to the urban management.Through analyzing the demands and the supplies of the mobile dealers; and the management history, we find mobile dealers have its necessity of existence. As a kind of economic form, mobile dealers exists rationality in cities, its must under the influence of market rules, in the short term will not disappear. Simple surrounded, control will be difficult to thoroughly solve the problem of the mobile dealers. The function of government providing service provides a new thinking point to manage the mobile dealers. Based on the problems existing in the present management,we need to reconsideration the mobile dealers and to change the government management position. Let the mobile dealers controlled by the market, the government completes various services to guide the mobile dealers and innovation management methods. Make the mobile dealers gradually on the way of long-effect management.
