Abstract

Microorganism is one of the technologys in forest culture. In general, the more microorganisms were, the better site conditions were. It took the methods of the survey of soil sampling and stand growth field indoor, cultivating and separating in lab in this paper. These were particularly considered for the distribution of soil microorganisms in forest plantation of Amorpha fruticosa L. forest and it mixed with Populus bolleana Lauche about different species. The results were followed. The number of micro-organisms of Amorpha fruticosa L. distribution in Thuringia. The quantities of micro-organisms and bacteria were the most in 50cm around the mother plants in Amorpha forests in horizontal, and were same from 10cm to 30cm in vertical. With the decreasing of canopy density in Amorpha plantation, the quantities of soil bacteria and microorganisms were reducing, but the actinomycetes opposite. The quantities of microorganisms were significantly higher in Amorpha pure and mixed forest than wasteland, so it could make use of ameliorating soil. The changes of rhizosphere microorganisms around Amorpha and its mixed with Populus bolleana Lauche. The quantities of rhizosphere microorganisms were significantly higher in the mixed forest of Amorpha and Populus bolleana Lauche than the Populus bolleana Lauche. The growth conditions of Populus bolleana Lauche were better in mixes forest than pure.Distribution of soil micro-organisms in different tree species of plantation. The analysises were followed, on quantities of microorganism in different tree species of plantation. The quantities of rhizosphere soil microbes were the most one in the soil surface from 0cm to 10cm in vertical, and they were reducing with the deep of soil. the distribution of soil microorganisms were that the quantities of bacteria were the maximum, fungi higher than actinomycetes in total rhizosphere microorganisms of broad-leaved forest, and the quantities of fungi and actinomycetes were opposite in aciculisilvae. The results of microorganisms’ quantities were compared with different trees that broad-leaved forest were greater than aciculisilvae, and the quantities of rhizosphere microorganisms of rhizobium trees were more than non-rhizobium trees, like Amorpha fruticosa L. and Elaeagnus angustifolia L. The microorganisms’ quantities of the Salt-secreting Plant and the un- Salt-secreting Plant were same with the above.
