Abstract


Cancer patient information satisfaction is an important measure of cancer patients receive information and information services . At present , the domestic and international studies have shown that cancer patients overall satisfaction in the middle or lower level , only to understand the impact factors of cancer patients satisfaction , to improve information services to help medical workers . Therefore , it is necessary to clarify the status of cancer patients satisfaction and to explore its influencing factors . Objective: To describe the status of cancer patients satisfaction ; explore the factors that affect cancer patients satisfaction . Methods: this study is a non - experimental study descriptive study , to take convenience sampling method selected Beijing Cancer Hospital , a top three hospitalized cancer patients with 259 cases , patients fill out general information questionnaire , information satisfaction scale , information needs questionnaire Hospital Anxiety and depression Scale and information services questionnaire . Results: The results show : satisfaction ( 1) study the median total score of 33.76 points (score range 0-100) ; including disease , medical examination , treatment and other services to scores of median place of medical care and be able to do things to promote rehabilitation for 33.33,33.33,23.81,8.33 , separate entry , the median score were 0.00,33.33 patients the amount of information and information utility median evaluation score of 33.33 points , 55.6% of patients receiving written information , 14.4% of the patients had received audio / video recordings in the form of information , 85.2% of patients would like to get more information and that the information obtained too many patients and 10.5 % ; ( 2) Multiple regression analysis showed that the factors affecting cancer patients satisfaction in descending order according to the influence : information services , patients need diagnostic information , patients experienced chemotherapy cycle explain the degree of variation of information satisfaction was 27.3 % . Conclusion: the satisfaction of cancer patients with information at a low level ; information services , patients need diagnostic information and experienced cycles of chemotherapy three factors to explain the degree of satisfaction of the total variance , it is recommended that future research on this basis on a further expansion of the range of influencing factors , and to carry out further extensive exploration and study of the intervention factor .
