Abstract


Depressive disorder is a common affective disorder, is currently the fourth leading cause of disability and death disease. This disease seriously affects a person's mood, thinking, sense of self, interpersonal and physical functioning state, 16% of people at some point in their lifetime may be suffering from depression. The clinical symptoms of depression and anxiety symptoms often combined with the presence associated with significant anxiety symptoms and cognitive impairment, depressive disorders. Factors affect the incidence of depressive disorder, the recessive of cognitive susceptibility factors and coping style plays a very important role. Depressive disorder accompanied by symptoms of anxiety patients showed more tension, worry and panic mood, serious performance psychomotor agitation, but also more associated with autonomic symptoms and physical discomfort, heavier, more painful symptoms; cognitive dysfunction more prominent and persistent. (3) in the relationship between of implicit cognitive style and depressive disorder symptoms, recessive cognitive style can positively predict depressive disorder in patients with anxiety symptoms, negative predictor of coping style. Coping styles may be partially mediated the recessive cognitive style effect of depressive symptoms, anxiety symptoms and cognitive function.
