Objective To investigate the intelligent sports training system for stroke patients with balance function and activities of daily living ( activities of daily living , ADL) ability of MOTOmed in the rehabilitation of stroke patients . Methods 40 patients met the inclusion criteria hemiplegic stroke patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group , 20 cases in each of the two groups of patients . The control group of patients using conventional rehabilitation treatment group on this basis , with the use of the MOTOmed intelligent sports training system for training . Before treatment and treatment the rehabilitation evaluation the 6 weekend when two groups of stroke patients . Berg Balance Scale (BBS) assessment of the patient 's balance , Barthel Index (BI) assessment of the patient's activities of daily living . In this study, all the data are used SPSS13.0 statistical analysis software for analysis . Results ① before rehabilitation , the treatment group and the control group of patients with balance function and activities of daily living compared with no significant difference (P gt; 0.05). ② treatment group and the control group of patients with balance function and activities of daily living ability before and after treatment there was a significant difference (P lt; 0.05) ③ After 6 weeks of treatment , the balance of function and activities of daily living with a control group of patients treated than there are significant differences ( P LT ; 0.05 ) . ( 4 ) the control group and the treatment group balance function and activities of daily living before treatment and after treatment were positively correlated . Conclusion ① conventional rehabilitation training to meet the training of the MOTOmed intelligent sports training system can improve convalescent stroke patients with hemiplegia balance function and activities of daily living , and better than purely conventional rehabilitation patients . ② stroke patients with balance function between the two activities of daily living is closely related , indicating that the balance improved ability to contribute to the improvement of activities of daily living in patients with stroke .
