This research is Mirizzi (Mirizzi Syndrome MS) Syndrome of preoperative diagnosis, the application of laparoscopic treatment of the disease, surgical skills, patients postoperative recovery analysis. The results showed that the syndrome preoperative diagnosis is relatively common bile duct disease diagnosis difficult, color dopplar ultrasound is the preferred inspection methods, combined with ERCP, MRCP and check can improve the prognosis of the patients; Laparoscopic and laparoscopic choledochoscope combined application can safe handling most of the Ⅰ type and Ⅱ type Mirizzi syndrome cases, especially Nagakawa type I can finish in laparoscopic treatment; For Ⅲ type and Ⅳ type patients, laparoscopic treatment is very difficult, should as far as possible choose open processing. This paper Mirizzi syndrome surgical operation was analyzed.
