Objective: To observe after 6 and 12 hours difference in the efficacy of low molecular weight heparin . Methods: First Hospital of Shanxi Medical University, March 2008 - April 2010 period orthopedic inpatients . Select total hip arthroplasty , total knee arthroplasty, hip fractures surgery, spinal surgery , femoral shaft fracture surgery as the object of study of this subject , collected 50 cases . A prospective , randomized, controlled clinical study were randomly divided into six hours group ( after 6 hours to give half the amount of low molecular weight heparin , to restore to normal the next day dose ) and 12- hour group ( 24 hours after giving full amount of low molecular weight heparin ) . Both groups were treated with conventional surgical treatment , the use of low molecular weight heparin for the day Puluo Ning . Postoperative clinical manifestations were recorded , first, second and seven days when the limb swelling , after the first two days of bleeding , the first three days of the coagulation examination (Fib DD, APTT, TT, PT), Doppler examination , if necessary in a timely manner . Results: The patients were older ( after 6 hours ) low molecular weight heparin can reduce the swelling of the limbs (p <0.05), but other symptoms such as fever , pain, and varicose veins and bruises and other stocks and after routine use of low molecular weight heparin ( after 12 hours ) was not significantly different (p> 0.05). The impact on the amount of bleeding , postoperative low molecular weight heparin with increased risk of bleeding (p <0.05). In blood clotting , 6 hours after application of two DD levels in the blood was not statistically significant (p gt; 0.05), Fib levels compared with preoperative reduction was statistically significant (p <0.05), and the same lower compared to late postoperative administration , was statistically significant (p <0.05). PT, APTT, TT , compared with preoperative no significant change was not statistically significant (p> 0.05), and also compared the two groups was not statistically significant (p> 0.05) Conclusion: 6 hours after application of low molecular weight heparin increased risk of bleeding , but you can reduce the swelling of the limbs , suggesting that may have antithrombotic effects .
