Abstract

Objective: To investigate the elective gynecological laparoscopic surgery underwent total intravenous anesthesia, the feasibility of the ProSeal laryngeal mask airway and the corresponding amount of sufentanil induction. Methods: 40 cases TIVA Select Second Clinical Medical College of Shanxi Medical elective gynecological laparoscopic surgery patients, ASA Ⅰ - Ⅱ grade, age 18-60 years, all patients without organ dysfunction, and there was no long-term alcoholism, drug abuse, a history of drug abuse history and mental disorders. 40 patients were randomly divided into two groups of 20: A group (sufentanil group 0.4μg/kg),; B group (Shu fentanyl 0.2μg/kg group). Routine intraoperative monitoring of blood pressure (SBP, DBP), heart rate (HR), recorded one minute after PLMA insertion before induction (T0), after induction, immediately before (T1) and insert the PLMA (T2), 5 minutes (T3), 10 minutes postoperative follow-up (T4), blood pressure (SBP, DBP), heart rate (HR), glucose (GLU) values, whether there is placed PLMA and intraoperative air leaks, into difficulties, body movement, reflux aspiration; whether the sore throat and other complications. SPSS17.0 statistical software for data processing. By comparison of Group A and Group B concluded. Results: A B two groups of GLU in T1, T2, T3, T4 compared with T0 point in time there was no significant sex difference (P gt; 0.05) between the two groups at each time point group there was no significant difference ( P gt; 0.05); compared with before induction of anesthesia, the two sets of induction of anesthesia, SBP and DBP were significantly lower (P lt; 0.05), the T1 point in time Group A SBP compared with group B, there is a significant difference (P lt ; 0.05), compared with the induction of anesthesia insert PLMA T2. Point in time the two groups SBP and DBP were significantly higher (P lt; 0.05), Group A SBP and DBP in T2, T. Time point before induction were significantly lower (P lt; 0.05), group B SBP and DBP in T2, compared to the the T3 point in time and before the induction of no statistically significant difference (P gt; 0.05), T2, T3 point in time A group and B group compared to SBP, DBP were significant differences (P lt; 0.05), T4 point in time the two groups of SBP, DBP and T1 compared to no statistically significant difference (P gt; 0.05), in which two Group A patients had hypotension; A, B groups HR in T. , T1, T2 point in time there was no significant difference (P gt; 0.05), T3, T4 time point T. Compared were significantly lower (P lt; 0.05), in group A patients HR as low as 49 beats / min, A, B two groups each time point between the groups there was no significant difference (P gt; 0.05) . Two groups of patients were not PLMA placement difficulties leak after implantation of the body movement after implantation reflux aspiration, postoperative follow-up there was no sore throat. Conclusion: ProSeal laryngeal mask operation is simple, small insert stimulate, the exact effect of ventilation can be safely used in gynecological laparoscopic surgery. Induction dose of sufentanil 0.2μg/kg, stable blood sugar, stress response, blood pressure was stable, safe for gynecological laparoscopic surgery induced.
