Objective To observe the preoperative intravenous hydrochloric acid penehyclidine elderly patients with general anesthesia, postoperative recovery time and to wake the quality of , and to explore elderly patients with preoperative application of hydrochloric acid penehyclidine appropriate dose . Methods anesthesia in 60 patients undergoing elective surgery , aged 65-75 years old , ASA ( American Society of Anesthesiologists ) grade I or II level , follow the single-blind randomized controlled principles are divided into three groups , atropine group ( group A: atropine 0.5mg ) , penehyclidine group (B : the hydrochloric acid amyl b Kui ether 0.01mg · kg - 1 ) , penehyclidine group (C : penehyclidine hydrochloride 0.015mg · kg -1 ) , 30 minutes before anesthesia intravenous anesthesia intravenous general anesthesia , surgery does not give any wake-up pills and muscle relaxants residual antagonists . Surgery observe the patient's time to eye opening , extubation time , fully awake and restlessness incidence of postoperative delirium incidence within 72 hours . Results 1. General comparison : A , B , C three groups of patients with body mass index , operative time , intraoperative maintenance medication , total the input fluid volume comparison , the difference was not statistically significant ( P GT ; 0.05 ) . 2 eyes , extubation time , fully awake time comparison: Compared with group A , group B patients to extend the above indicators , but the difference was not statistically significant ( P gt ; 0.05 ) , group C patients to extend the above indicators , the difference was statistically significant ( P lt ; 0.05 ) . Compared with group B , group C patients to extend the above indicators , the difference was statistically significant ( P lt ; 0.05 ) . 3 restlessness incidence , within 72 hours of the postoperative delirium incidence of : Compared with group A , group B patients wake of agitation incidence of delirium within 72 hours after the high incidence , but the difference was not statistically significant ( P GT ; 0.05 ) , the index of the group C patients increased, the difference was statistically significant ( P lt ; 0.05 ) . Compared with group B , group C patients with these indicators , the difference was statistically significant ( P lt ; 0.05 ) . Conclusion 0.015mg · kg - 1 hydrochloric acid penehyclidine increase recovery time , and the wake of the high incidence of agitation and delirium . 0.01mg · kg - 1 hydrochloric acid penehyclidine as anticholinergic drugs in elderly patients with preoperative anesthesia , does not extend the recovery time , and does not increase the incidence of restlessness and delirium .
