Abstract


Objective To investigate the insulin resistance, dyslipidemia and plasma adiponectin levels and cholesterol gallstone formation of mutual relations. Methods Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was measured 50 cases of cholesterol gallstone patients ( stone group ) and 30 cases of the control group of plasma adiponectin (AD), fasting insulin (FINS), fasting plasma glucose levels (FPG); remain fasting venous blood lipids ; according to weight and height to calculate the body mass index (BMI), insulin resistance index (HOMA-IR), insulin sensitivity index ISI; collect fresh bile chemical method for the determination of cholesterol in bile (CH), bile acid (TBA) and phospholipid (PL) and calculate the content of bile cholesterol saturation index (CSI), evaluation of the relationship between each index ; immunohistochemistry was used to detect CD68 in 50 cases of patients with cholesterol gallstones gallbladder wall ( stone group ) and 30 cases in the control group specimens expression . Results The serum FINS, HOMA-IR, BMI, TC, TG, LDL cholesterol and bile values ??than the control group , while adiponectin , ISI, HDL and bile bile acid than the control group , P lt; 0.05 the difference was statistically significant. CD68 gallbladder mucosa in the experimental group, the top side of the expression is not found in the control group was positive for CD68 expression . Conclusions ( 1 ) cholelithiasis blood adiponectin levels significantly lower than the control group and accompanied by insulin resistance . ( 2 ) adiponectin levels and insulin resistance and serum lipids , cholesterol saturation index was significantly correlated . ( 3 ) adiponectin , insulin resistance and lipid abnormalities and cholesterol gallstone formation are closely related.
