Abstract


Objective : To strengthen the understanding of the myeloid / NK-cell acute leukemia . Methods: The patients with promyelocytic cell morphology kind of myeloid / NK-cell acute leukemia and its treatment through and review of the literature . Results: patients with the diagnosis of bone marrow morphology and phenotype of myeloid / NK-cell acute leukemia by standard combination chemotherapy to achieve complete remission after treatment of high-dose , short - term recurrence , after the application of combination chemotherapy and high-dose chemotherapy were not then achieved complete remission , and ultimately died of a brain hemorrhage . Conclusion: myeloid / NK-cell acute leukemia specific immune phenotypic characteristics , poor response to all-trans retinoic acid , rapid clinical progression and poor prognosis .
