Abstract


Objective: This study by drawing blood from veins, inspection and luteinizing hormone (LH), serum testosterone (TEST), follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), estradiol (E2), sex hormone levels, relatively healthy older people with lower extremity atherosclerotic disease (LEAD) patients between levels of sex hormones, particularly FSH, LH indicators of change to understand the role of sex hormones in the pathogenesis of LEAD, guiding significance for the early diagnosis and the subsequent hormone therapy; while observing older men lower extremity atherosclerosis sclerosis disease severity serum sex hormone levels change, analysis of the relationship between the two, in order to deepen the assessment of the severity of the disease and awareness in the fight. Results: case mix meter blood LH levels were significantly higher than that in the control group (P lt; 0.01), and cases among subgroups of serum LH levels are different, the case group C group LH levels higher than A, group B (P lt; 0.05 ), B group LH levels higher than group A (P lt; 0.05); cases of total blood FSH levels higher than that in the control group, but P gt; 0.05, no significant difference: Case Mix total level of blood TEST cases sub- the group Blood Test levels than the control group, P lt; 0.05, the difference was statistically significant. The case group of TG in the normal reference range, but found a positive correlation between LH and TG. Serum HDL-C, TC, GLU, INR, TT, D-dimer, the K value of ESR, E2, etc. PROG indicator was no significant difference between the groups.
