Abstract


In this thesis, including literature review and clinical research. Literature Review: Review class for perimenopausal syndrome and breast cancer patients in recent years perimenopausal syndrome progress of basic and clinical research, mainly from the diagnostic criteria, pathogenesis, clinical manifestations, Chinese medicine for its understanding and treatment of Chinese and Western medicine progress and other aspects are discussed. Comprehensive analysis of the treatment of breast cancer, especially endocrine therapy lead to breast cancer patients the clinical manifestations of the class perimenopausal syndrome. These serious adverse reactions affecting the patient's quality of life, and may result in the withdrawal of patients interrupt the standardized treatment of breast cancer, reduce the overall efficacy of breast cancer, has attracted the attention of many experts and scholars at home and abroad. There are some scholars application of traditional Chinese medicine clinical interventions reported for this small sample, but their clinical efficacy and safety remains to be seen and demonstration. Clinical research: Objective: To observe the Cha Zi Shui Qing Gan of traditional Chinese treatment of breast cancer due to endocrine therapy class of perimenopausal syndrome clinical efficacy and safety. Method: Select the adjuvant endocrine treatment of breast cancer during class perimenopausal syndrome patients meet Yin deficiency, liver meridian stagnant heat of the diagnostic criteria for cases included in the observation, in the original patients with endocrine therapy based on the use of Chinese medicine Danzhi The Xiaoyaosan Pill intervention twice daily intervention time is 2 months. Perimenopausal syndrome observed in patients with traditional Chinese medicine before and after intervention, mitigation (Kupperman improved symptom score assessment), quality of life, the level of female hormones, tumor recurrence and metastasis indicators and hematology, liver and kidney function and other related indicators of change. Results: A total into the group of 26 patients was observed after the Chinese intervention the Menopausal Syndrome effective response rate was 76.9%, including hot flashes, sweating, irritability, depression and suspicion, including bone and joint pain and palpitations symptoms significantly improved after the Chinese intervention, with statistical significance. And before and after the Chinese intervention, estrogen and other hormone levels in the plasma of patients with no significant difference, did not increase the risk of breast cancer recurrence and metastasis in patients with, also found that the toxicity of the relevant aspects of the liver and kidney, blood, and other aspects of the process of Chinese intervention. Conclusion: Chinese medicine the Shigemi Liver law class of breast cancer due to endocrine therapy of perimenopausal syndrome has a good role in mitigation, better clinical efficacy and safety, it is worth further expand the sample line of multi-center validation and follow-up, in order to provide better evidence to support the clinical.
