Abstract

Hyperhidrosis syndrome is one of a common disease in clinic, mainly for the abnormal leakage of sweat. Lot of reasons can cause hidrosis syndrome, and the time, position, property, Intensity of sweet have nothing in common with each other, so it is quite complicated to make a diagnosis and give treatment about Hyperhidrosis syndrome. Hyperhidrosis syndrome can be usually seen in a variety of diseases in modern medicine, such as Hyperthyroidism, Autonomic disorders, Rheumatic fever, tuberculosis, shock, liver disease. In Treatise on Febrile Diseases and midcellaneous diseases, ZHANG Zhong-jing have accumulated rich experience in treat Khan card, accordance with the time, position, property, intensity of the sweet to determine the pathogenesis of disease, determine disease transmission change and the vesting and prognosis. Most of the later generations follow the prescriptions in ZHANG Zhong-jing. So it is very important to analyze and summarize famous archaic TCM doctors’ academic theories and clinical treatment experiences about hidrosis syndrome, especially ZHANG Zhong-jing’s rules of the syndrome differentiation and treatment and academic characteristics of Hyperhidrosis syndrome.This dissertation firt explains the TCM research progress of hidrosis syndrome including the etiopathogenesis, pathogenesis, treatment, prescription, medicine, and other aspects. From current status of investigation on hidrosis syndrome during recent years, and then it reviews documents relevant to the definition, classification, etiological mechanism, and current situation of therapy of insomnia internal and external in recent years. It believes that though modern medicine has made some advancement on pathogenesis and therapy aspects of insomnia till now, inception rate of Hyperhidrosis syndrome is still relatively high, current status of therapy is not optimistic and still waiting for further investigation..However, we also find out there are some problems existing, such as theoretical research is less than clinical research, especially the research of ZHANG Zhong-jing’s treatment experiences and academic characteristics of the differentiation and treatment of Hyperhidrosis syndrome:Based on tracing back to the correlated theory for Hyperhidrosis syndrome from Huangdi’s Internal Classics (abbreviation Internal Classics).The thesis systematic analysis and induce the determination of treatment based on pathogenesis obtained through differentiation of Treatise on Febrile Diseases and modern Clinical effective medical records.In part one discusses the definition and scope of Hyperhidrosis syndrome, and then approached the theory origin for Hyperhidrosis syndrome’s differentiation and treatments. in Treatise on Febrile Diseases and midcellaneous diseases. back to Internal Classics’s cognition for physiological and pathological reasons of sweeting and the treatment of Hyperhidrosis syndrome, Treatise on Febrile Diseases and midcellaneous diseases; inherited and developed headache’s therapeutics theory, also it Applied Internal Classics’s therapeutical principle and therapeutic methods into specific Zhengs.In port two we analyzed zhang zhongjing’s treatment experiences including the Classification, causes, pathogenesis, treatments based on pathogenesis, formulas and their functions, and we also diagnosised the Hyperhidrosis syndrome systematical treatments and symptoms. etc.In part three we can understand“Treatise on Febrile Diseases”in accordance with sweat or not, how muchsweat, sweat areas, such as sweat after the body reaction to determine the pathogenesis of disease, determine disease transmission change and the vesting and prognosis.In part four we briefly approached the Hyperhidrosis syndrome’s recruitment and educe for Treatise on Febrile Diseases by later generational practitioners of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Finally, we discuss the some problem for treatment Hyperhidrosis syndrome with gui zhi tang. The function of gui zhi tang is dispelling pathogenic wind from muscles not promote sweating to release the exterior.This thesis maily approached the Hyperhidrosis syndrome’s diagnosis and therapy regularity of Treatise on Febrile Diseases and midcellaneous diseases from its originalrecords. Thesis approaches included:its source,its concept’s delineation, its entiretilyexplainioiial mechanism,its determination of treatment based in pathogenesis obtained throu-gh differentiation of symptoms and signs,et al. trying to discuss Treatise on Febrile Diseases and midcellaneous diseases regulation for Hyperhidrosis syndrome therapy and itsevocation for progeny,also the thesis approached educe by later generational practitioners of Traditional Chinese Medicine, meaning to widening the clinical therapia thinking for Hyperhidrosis syndrome.
