Object:This thesis obversed and analysed the therapeautic effect and the improvement of laboratory indicators in Gouty nephropathy (GN) patients who took the Compound of Qing Qin Liquid,then investigated the mechanism of the Compound of Qing Qin Liquid in GN,thus,we can provide the theoretical and clinical basis for the treatment of GN with traditional Chinese medicine.Method:96 cases who accord with the enrolling standard were classified into two group,55 cases in treatment group and 41 cases in control group. Patients in treatment group were given the Compound of Qing Qin Liquid,which was decocted in water, one dose daily, while patients in control group were given losartan potassium tablets,50mg each time,and one time a day. Three-month was a course.The integrals of symptoms and the changes of related laboratory indexes before and after therapy were observed,then the statistical analysis was performed.Consults:The therapeutic efffect is 92.73% in treatment group and 78.05% in control group with a very significant differecence between the two group (P＜0.05). However two groups both had significant differences before and after treatment. They could ameliorate the joint pain, swelling, joint function, soreness and weakness in lower back, shortness of breath, hypodynamia, heaviness of head, dry mouth,dark urine and polyuria at night. Furthermore the symptoms of joint pain, shortness of breath, hypodynamia, heaviness of head, dry mouth, and dark urine have been improved obviously in the treatment group, and the differecences between the two group were significant. In the two groups, Serum Uric Acid Levels both decreased significantly after the treatment, but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P＞0.05). In the aspect of improveing renal function, there was a significant differecence between before and after the treatment with the level of creatinine and urea nitrogen in the two groups. The result in two groups of mutual comparisons is:P＜0.05.The two group could reduce the urine protein,and there was also a significant difference between the two group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:the Compound of Qing Qin Liquid had a good curative effect on the GN patients. It could improve the clinical symptom and the body, lower the level of Serum Uric Acid, creatinine, and urea nitrogen.and reduce the urine protein, then improve the renal function.All of this indicated that the Compound of Qing Qin Liquid had a better curative effect to this sickness,and was a effective treatment medicine in the clinical.
