Objective children left behind in rural areas in Anhui Province and its influencing factors of social anxiety, for further targeted interventions to provide a scientific basis. Methods in Changfeng County school basis using cluster sampling method in rural primary and secondary schools 3169 as a research object. Schoolchildren with homemade physical and mental health and related life experiences questionnaire (including the Social Anxiety Scale for Children, Family Functioning Scale, Quality of Life Scale, parent-child conflict tactics scale, etc.) on the target population for the investigation, social anxiety children left behind condition, and its influencing factors of social anxiety multivariate logistic regression analysis. The results of this survey in 1694 left-behind children, accounting for 58.1% of total number of students; schoolchildren social anxiety detection rate of 16.4%; girls detection rate of 17.9%, social anxiety, social anxiety than boys detection rate of 15.1%, the difference statistically significant (χ2 = 4.306, P = 0.038); behind children social anxiety detection rate of 17.9%, 14.3% non-left-behind children, the difference was statistically significant (χ2 = 6.844, P = 0.009); family functioning children left behind and quality of life worse than non-left-behind children, the difference was statistically significant (χ2 = 9.744, P = 0.008), (t = -3.976, P lt; 0.001); behind children neglect reporting higher than non-left-behind children, the difference was statistically significance (χ2 = 14.322, P lt; 0.001); behind children physical abuse, mild, moderate physical abuse reporting rate is lower than non-left-behind children, the difference was statistically significant (χ2 = 14.787, P lt; 0.001), ( χ2 = 8.828, P = 0.003), (χ2 = 17.274, P lt; 0.001). Multivariate analysis showed that: physical abuse of children, family function and quality of life for children social anxiety factors, family dysfunction, quality of life in poor condition, physical abuse of children more susceptible to severe social anxiety; physical abuse, family function, quality of life left-behind children and peer relationships are factors of social anxiety, family dysfunction, quality of life in poor condition, poor peer relationships, physical abuse of children left behind are more likely serious social anxiety. Conclusion The children left behind in the area of ??social anxiety detection rate in non-left-behind children, the incidence of children's social anxiety is the result of a combination of factors, family dysfunction, poor quality of life and physical abuse plays a major role in influencing factors should be taken for the effective interventions to reduce children, especially children left the occurrence of social anxiety.
