Abstract


Professional identity is an individual engaged in specialized vocational certainty, individual work an important personal resources. In this study, based on home and abroad on professional identity, emotional labor, job involvement, the self psychological counselor professional identity questionnaire and ready emotional labor, job involvement questionnaire, professional psychologists, counselors in the context of China's cultural The identity dimension structure of the initial exploration, and professional identity, the relationship between emotional labor, job involvement, a preliminary study. The main conclusions are as follows: first, psychologists, counselors the professional identity Questionnaire structure contains six factors: Professional will, professional emotional, professional look, professional sense, professional competence and professional awareness, clear six-factor structure, reliability and validity . Second, different demographic variables, psychological counselor professional identity scores there are significant differences. Third, the psychological counselor professional identity plays an intermediary role in the relationship between emotional labor and job involvement. First, professional identity, emotional labor and work invested significant correlation between any two professional identity and surface-playing strategy negatively correlated, a significant positive correlation with the deep play.
