Abstract


Modern cultural creative industries’level of the development has always been considered a mirror of the country’s comprehensive power and national economic development level. The central government and local government circles the fully aware of the cultural and creative industries development, can promote the adjustment of industrial structure, the resource allocation, the steady development of national economy, enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. and realize the sustainable development strategy. In order to promote fundamental transformation of our economic system. It has very important significance to the development of national economy.《Blue culture:China’s culture industry development report By 2010》promulgated by the state council explicitly pointed out cultural and creative industries in 2009, added the proportion of GDP is very high, as China’s economic pillar industries. Modern cultural creative industry has high added value, so can attract large capital and human resources into cultural and creative industries market. Modern cultural creative industry has very important role in stimulating consumption and production, promoting industrial structure adjustment, changing the style of economic growth and enhancing comprehensive national strength.This paper analyses the structure of the cultural and creative industries. Although the cultural creative industries labor costs and resource costs lower than developed countries such as European and America, the total cost of cultural creative industries that substantially higher than developed country. Especially because of cultural creative industries unsmooth information, lead to our cultural and creative industries in the waste of resources and limited the overall progress. Construction of information sharing platform for cultural and creative industries of aim is to solve cultural creative industries unsmooth information, reduce the total cost of cultural creative industries and help the government to promote economic development and the public service. Along with the time the culture creative industry information sharing platform take decision support for cultural creative industries development strategic and planning to provide information to support. This paper is mainly use the process of project management in Anhui province construction of information sharing platform for cultural creative industries and compare the related problems. Contents of the paper are as follows:Chapter 1 clarifies the purpose and significance of the research methods and ideas, cultural creative industries and the present situation of information sharing platform.Chapter 2 culture creative industry information sharing platform of basic theory is expounded, and the creative industries information sharing platform of the public and the life cycle.Chapter 3 construction of information platform for cultural and creative industries in Anhui province, the strategic analysis and the requirement analysis, cultural and creative industries in Anhui province and the feasibility of information sharing platform was studied.Chapter 4 in Anhui province cultural and creative industries information sharing platform, the plan are analyzed in anhui province construction of information sharing platform for cultural and creative industries of progress, cost and budget.Chapter 5 implementation of the construction of cultural and creative industries in Anhui province, and sharing information platform construction process, from the aspects of information platform of function module are analyzed.Chapter 6 analysis of the cultural and creative industries in anhui province, the assessment and information sharing platform, and information sharing platform after the completion of the project management.Chapter 7 conclusion.
