Abstract


With the development and updating educational philosophy , strengthening humanistic quality education has become China's colleges and universities to enhance the quality of schools and training of qualified personnel, and promote overall development of students an important tool. College Music College music education is to train the cradle of talent , art students and their students to have a dual identity of normal students . Strengthening College Music Majors humanistic culture is conducive to enhancing the quality of their artistic quality , and it helps to improve their quality of teachers , has very important significance. Currently, the College Music Majors humanistic quality level is not optimistic, the whole can be summarized as: arts and humanities knowledge and education of human knowledge double lack ; Education Humanities Arts and Humanities value and the value of the double deletion ; Arts and Humanities Education Humanities character double character and lost . This paper argues that the reasons that led to this situation there are four main areas: education concept path dependence, self-enclosed curriculum , admissions policies and campus cultural value of deviations continuous landslides . In the new historical conditions, primary and secondary school music teacher education reform on human qualities put forward new and higher requirements , but also on the institutions of Music Humanities Education proposed a more serious challenge. This paper argues that the face of the new situation and new challenges , institutions should focus on Music Teacher from five aspects to enhance students' Humane Quality. First, we must carry forward the spirit of innovation and breakthrough ideas of original educational path limitation ; second is to optimize the curriculum , and enhance interdisciplinary interaction ; third is to strengthen the teaching staff, improve the comprehensive ability of teachers ; fourth is to reform the enrollment system , improve the quality of students ; five is to strengthen the construction of campus culture , to enhance students' cultural taste .
