Abstract

Located in the Yangtze River Three Gorges region, the natural terrain is the ladder to the three steps of two transition zone. 20 In the early 1990s, in line with the construction of the Three Gorges Dam water conservancy project, the Three Gorges Reservoir Area of ??Conservation and archaeological excavations have begun a large-scale expansion and found many well preserved vertebrate fossils. Through the various historical periods of archaeological sites excavated animal bones were identified and explained, according to the characteristics of interest-bearing animals living in the area near the site of the ancient inhabitants of natural conditions and ecological environment, etc. to speculate, therefore archaeological sites unearthed fossils of animals, for paleoenvironmental research in the area, the ancient geography of critical importance. In this paper, the Three Gorges region unearthed in the ruins of ancient fossil fauna of the region environment analysis and research, through the different periods of the ruins and ecological characteristics of animal fossils to infer paleoenvironmental changes in the Three Gorges area, and thereby a specific time for the Three Gorges region and space within the climate have a preliminary understanding. The first part, the introduction part. Mainly for the reason of choosing this topic, significance, current research, research, research objectives, research methods, problems and geographical characteristics of the Three Gorges area and the natural environmental characteristics (topography, climate, vegetation, animal species), etc. a brief introduction. That the natural environment of the Three Gorges region, compared to other regions, it has some own characteristics. Favorable climatic conditions in the area of ??animal habitat and survival of ancient humans provides a unique condition, followed by a large number of animal remains unearthed, unearthed by observing the fauna species and ecological characteristics of the face, to our understanding of the region Ancient climate change and other geographic features are more important. The second part of the Three Gorges area of ??ancient fauna is briefly discussed. We collected a lot of the Quaternary period of the Three Gorges region associated with ancient animal archaeological excavation report is divided into Pleistocene and Holocene two time periods were analyzed and classified, in accordance with the chronological focus on the excavated ruins and typical fauna individuals comprehensive sort. Thus the Three Gorges area of ??ancient fauna have a preliminary induction. The third part, the Three Gorges region fauna and ancient environments. Including Pleistocene fauna - \By observing the ruins unearthed typical fauna species of fauna, landscape and ecological characteristics of the fauna living habits were analyzed to determine the area of ??climate change. The fourth part, the Three Gorges region of ancient fauna and ancient human relationships. Were introduced Pleistocene and Holocene fauna fauna and ancient human relations. Through the analysis of animal remains to understand the Three Gorges area of ??the meat was human resource trends, to understand how humans through the Three Gorges area was to obtain resources to change their life situation, to understand human beings in the Three Gorges area was what period will gradually domesticated wild animals into livestock . Thus demonstrating the vitality of human tenacity, determination to overcome the natural challenges of nature. The fifth part is the epilogue. Mainly on the various parts of the research paper by inductive summary.
