Abstract


Prison Police is a high- risk, high - pressure occupational groups prone to burnout , causing some damage to be police officers and men of the burnout of physical and mental health , and is not conducive to the launching of the prison renovation work . Tenacity is a positive personality traits , is the face of pressure to maintain physical and mental health of the family characteristics , including commitment , challenge and control in three dimensions . Coping style is an important factor affecting the burnout , different coping styles produce different results . Prison police , on the basis of the literature review , tenacity model as the theoretical basis , select the tenacity antecedents coping styles as mediating variables , burnout study of the prison guards . Mainly of the 280 prison police tenacity questionnaire , survey work burnout and Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire test and analysis , case interview method to explore the mechanism of action the tenacity and response burnout . The study found that: (1 ) the study of existing college students toughness questionnaire amendments, changes and deletion prison police groups of items not suitable to make it suitable for police groups , commitment , challenge and control of questionnaire is divided into three dimensions , with good reliability and validity . (2) This study demonstrated that the demographic variables of the prison police burnout dimensions . The emotional impact of failure by the police rank ; depersonalization by gender , job , marital status and ranks ; reduced personal accomplishment by marital status , age , and police and police age . (3 ) This study demonstrated that as a positive personality , tenacity and job burnout negatively correlated positively correlated with active coping styles and negatively correlated with negative coping style ; negatively correlated with active coping styles and burnout , negative coping style and job burnout is related. ( 4) This study demonstrated that commitment , challenge , and a positive response, a negative response burnout significantly predict . (5) This study demonstrated that actively respond to the ways and negative coping style is part of the intermediary role between commitments , challenges and job burnout triaxiality .
