Abstract


The reason is very complex legal inconsistencies , inevitable reasons (such as : the law does not and purposeful , not comprehensiveness lag ) , and accidental causes ( violation of logic is not the law of contradiction ) . This paper tries to the violation of the law of contradiction in the law from the perspective of logic is not the law of contradiction , examined and analyzed from two aspects of the legislation ( legal system ) and the application of the law , discusses the legal consistency . This article includes the following three parts : The first part of this paper the basic concepts involving law to sort out and study : First, the concept of legal detailed analysis to reveal the nature of the law . Secondly , the concept of \The second part , the logic is not the law of contradiction perspective from the legal concept of legal norms and legal overall coherence of the three aspects of the legal system consistency. The third part , the logic is not the law of contradiction perspective from the evidence in judicial proceedings , trial activity discusses the consistency of the application of the law .
