Abstract

As China’s industrialization and urbanization process can move forward, China’s economy has been rapid development, the comprehensive national strength has been greatly improved, raised international status, but it can not be overlooked, thus generating a new social phenomenon—" Left-behind Juvenile." Loss of function in the family, school and social concerns incomplete education and low co-factors under the influence of the rear gradually lost their minors, personality, psychology, ethics, values are distorted, and finally took the unconscious crime.Currently, the number of Left-behind juvenile sharp increase in juvenile delinquency cases, very serious, and has aroused extensive attention. As the reasons relate to children of migrant workers in their work, related to the well-being of rural families live, is also related to the development of China’s stability and harmony, so to find the causes of juvenile delinquency staying, and put forward corresponding countermeasures to control. The purpose of juvenile delinquency is essential for building a socialist harmonious society is one of the homework.In order to find the prevention of the Left-behind juvenile delinquency effectively, this article from the rear of our concept of juvenile delinquency, Left Behind juvenile in China are summarized the status and characteristics of crime, and then the detailed analysis of the causes of this situation, and Based on this family, school, society, the feasibility of four in one judicial protection control measures, to look forward to staying community can fully understand the seriousness of the problem of juvenile delinquency, and targeted to help those children, but also give them a safe, comfortable learning environment.Full-text is divided into three parts.PartⅠ:Overview of Left-behind juvenile delinquency in China.
