Abstract

Objective: To investigate closely associated with the the servicemen high work performance core qualities, initially developed by the soldiers of our military characteristics core quality inventory and its letter, the validity testing. Methods: The literature research, work analysis, open questionnaires, behavioral event interview build a theoretical model of the core qualities of the soldiers, establish entry pool, the preparation of servicemen core quality inventory, initial scale of nine dimensions: dedication, adaptability, psychological endurance, coping ability, emotional control, interpersonal skills, Willpower, problem solving skills, leadership ability, 141 entries, 200 randomly selected active duty predict experience. According to the statistical analysis of the results of the inspection of the forecast, the forecast questionnaire entries to delete, and modify retain the first draft of the scale consisting of 116 items. Then, the cluster sample of the health of the officers and men 1400 official group test, and 20 classes squad according to the unified standard bumban soldiers comprehensive evaluation and screening outstanding group and the performance of the general group soldiers, 50; 65 The same test the China the soldiers Mental Health Scale (CMMHS); randomly select 50 people in the two weeks after the retest. By exploratory factor analysis, excluding some entries to determine the official scale structure, project analysis, t test and correlation analysis, test reliability and validity of the scale. Random cluster test extract health officers and soldiers of 3500 further examination scale structure is reasonable and confirmatory factor analysis to explore the core qualities of the second-order structure again. Results: According to the results of factor analysis extracted seven factors were named: the will, the capacity to respond, organization and leadership ability, professionalism, interpersonal skills, emotional regulation, adaptability, and each factor by a number of qualities elements plus a disguise factor. The formal questionnaire includes 59 entries with six disguise entries. Scale of entry and the total score correlation coefficient between 0.307 to 0.641, the level grouping subjects factor and total scale score significant difference. The total scale and subscale test-retest correlation coefficient of 0.613 ~ 0.801 (P lt; 0.01); Cronbach'α coefficient of 0.633 ~ 0.946 (P lt; 0.01); half correlation coefficient of 0.641 ~ 0.951 (P lt; 0.01). The confirmatory factor analysis showed that the scale theoretical model fitted well with the measured data, the total scale of goodness-of-fit index (GFI), adjusted goodness of fit the index (adjustive goodness of fit index of the model) specification fit index (NFI) Comparative Fit Index (CFI) were gt; 0.90; approximation error rms (RMSEA) lt; 0.08. Pairwise correlation coefficients between each factor of 0.219 ~ 0.719 (P lt; 0.01), the correlation coefficient of the factor scores and the total score of 0.590 ~ 0.866 (P lt; 0.01). The total score and factor scores with CMMHS factor scores has a significant correlation; squad evaluation screened outstanding group of soldiers in the total score and factor scores were significantly higher than the performance of the general group of soldiers. Conclusion: This study initially completed the the servicemen core quality inventory work, research shows, the servicemen core theoretical conception of quality inventory with high consistency in the final results. Scale reliability, validity meet psychometric requirements, and can be used as an effective tool for measuring the quality of the servicemen core.
