Abstract


With the accelerated development of industrialization, modernization and urbanization, including the problems of the peasant laborer’ citizenization, the peasants’ citizenization which arises in the reconstruction of "the village in the city" and the citizenization of the land-lost peasants, the problems of the peasants’ citizenization are appearing prominently. The western region as an area where the economic and social development is disadvantaged, the problems of the peasants’ citizenization are needed to be solved urgently. As a representative region in the western area, the study on the problems of peasants’ citizenization in Guanzhong urban agglomeration are representative, it can provide some guidance and reference to other areas in western region.We consider that the object of the study in Guanzhong urban agglomeration is the land-lost peasants in the suburban. The study provides an overview about the present situation of the land-lost, society, and the present situation of economy and life with the land-lost peasants in Guanzhong urban agglomeration. This thesis analysis the problems and reasons about the peasants’ citizenization including the issues of the basic life, the land expropriation and compensation, the social security, the ideological concept and the social culture. And the last three aspects are the institutional issues which can reflect the rights and interests with the peasants.By analyzing and constructing the dynamical mechanism of the land-lost peasants’ citizenization, we have an explanation of the endogenous impetus, external impetus and system vector. By analyzing the relationship of the endogenous impetus, external impetus and institutional vector, and the relationship of which with the system goals, we construct a frame chart about the dynamical mechanism of the land-lost peasants’ citizenization. And we have a conclusion that the lack of institutional supply and the restriction of the informal institution are the keys of the problems. By studying the problems about the process of the land-lost peasants’ citizenization, and constructing the frame about the dynamical mechanism of the land-lost peasants’ citizenization, we have a find that the differences between the ideal mechanism and realistic level. And by referencing the successful experiences of developed country, we finally propose some suggestion such as made the institution of the land expropriation and compensation perfectly, made the land-lost peasants to participate the social security system, and made the ideological concept and the behavior to change swift to solve the problems of the peasants’ citizenization, and speed up the process to the peasants’ citizenization in Guanzhong urban agglomeration.
