Abstract

This study to solve the prevailing rural children left behind, document analysis and comparative analysis, cross-combination of a multi-disciplinary study, drawing on previous research results based on the unique and innovative, tried in New Rural Construction Under the proposed rural children left behind new ways and new methods.In this paper, a new socialist countryside construction as the starting point.
