With the advancement of technology and social human development, grasp and predict ocean waves flow information has become a pressing topics. Waves information extracted various methods, the use of X-band radar sea level information extraction the economic weather advantages favored Beishou researchers because of its convenience,. Although the the sea clutter imaging mechanism has yet to be finalized, but already has a mature sea clutter imaging theory, as well as \Depth understanding of the imaging mechanism of sea clutter and realize the whole inversion process, the experimental data is very important. Through numerical simulation can not only before the start of the experiment, explore inversion algorithm, but also by a large number of simulation results contrast, targeted aid understanding of the imaging mechanism of sea clutter, improve and perfect inversion algorithm also provide a reasonable basis for the choice of types of parameters required by the inversion. This paper describes the numerical simulation of the process throughout. First, based on the linear wave theory PM spectrum, the main wave direction, the main wave frequency, the average cycle waves field related to wave height simulation. The simulated region-wide 2550 * 2550m ~ 2. x, y-direction of the radial resolution was 10m.
