Abstract


The development of science and technology, the interinfiltration of science, technology, and culture in new period. It affects our country’s halls of ivy’s personnel training profoundly. When it confronts the changing requirement of society. The kind of talent it turns out. How to educate. There are two questions physical educational need to resolve.This thesis utilizes ways of literatures, investigation method, logic, mathematical or physical statistics and so on. With Investigating and interviewing student’s current situation, status of teaching faculty, training objective, course offering, educational practice and the obtain employment of graduate of Henan physical educational undergraduate. The discussion of scientific of the Present Condition of Henan physical educational undergraduate training mode. Based on the home and abroad Condition of Henan physical educational undergraduate training mode. With features of Henan’s regional economic, culture and education, it puts forwards that reform counter measures of Henan physical educational undergraduate training mode. It provides theoretical supports for gym teacher. It provides reference for other area’s physical educational undergraduate training mode. It serves as a modest spur to induce Henan physical educational undergraduate training mode to come forward with his valuable contributions.The results show that:Firstly, The package development of Henan physical educational undergraduate training mode is fast. However, it is uneven. Every school should communicate, study each other and the construction and sharing of library network resourcesSecondly, The rising rate and aging in the group of teachers of Henan physical educational undergraduate is also exists. The contradiction of the structure of education background is objective reality. It could stand to work on specific layout of group of teachers. Thirdly, The structure of self-study students of Henan physical educational exists problems. The method of student selectivity should take conversion of cultural course and professional accomplishments admission test. Based on changing of occupation in the future career and requirement of society.Fourthly, Henan physical educational teachers are not satisfied with current course offering. It should break Subject curriculum’s Traditional boundaries, blend Main Courses, and increase educational courses. It strengthens the development of local color courses. It relaxes liberty of educational courses. Specialization of common learning. It adds proportion of Required Courses in Technology Management. It norms set of optional course the condition of keeping diversification.Fifthly, the eaducation practice time of Henan physical educational undergraduate is too short. The method is single. The link of eaducation practice in practie time and form should arrange by the state plan in a unified way. Many kinds coexist. It pays more attentions on educational practical period. It pointedly solves problems that students faces in practical time.
