Abstract


At the 2008-2009 ANTA National Volleyball League Group B match, Henan women’s volleyball team successfully promoted to A team through making the better achievement of 7 wins 3. Through gathering and analyzing and comparing the technical statistics including of serves, spikes, blocks, pass and faults by making Henan women’s volleyball games of home and away field during the 2008-2009 Anta National Volleyball League, found the main reasons of the weakness and problems for the 10 games and the differences of skills between others to explore the development of constraints Henan Volleyball factors in depth technical level. Through proposing corresponding comments and measures ,it provide a reference to obtain a good results for promoting women’s volleyball team its technological level, for promoting regional development and popularity of volleyball in the national women’s volleyball league, for leading the top level.This paper used the methods of documentary, video statistics, mathematical statistics and logic analysis. One hand, the paper used comparative analysis between of Henan volleyball teams and the best grade team , the same grade team , weak teams to find out the different levels of play against, the Henan women’s volleyball techniques and tactics used by the actual situation, easy to understand the effect of different technology application effect of the real situation that Henan women’s volleyball team have faced the rivals; the other hand, the using of home and away fields in Henan Volleyball comparative study of effects of technology application, it is easy to find the real situation of application effect of skills by the factor of home and away fields, so that take appropriate countermeasures to eliminate those effects, if Henan women’s volleyball team want to grow into a mature team than before, it must be focus on resolving the following points:1. To improve the first pass (return of serve) in the rate in place.2. To enhance the block of individual’s skill and defense of collective co-ordination.3. To enhance the quality of the ability of strong stroke.4. To strengthen psychological training.
