Abstract


Elite higher education and mass higher education in China has experienced different stages, two stages of higher education in China from the development of content and there are great differences. Two higher stages of ideological and political education and therefore have their own characteristics,which determine the mass higher education that is common to the two higher stages of the theoretiacal basis of ideological education, status and role and objectives in common. Two stages of ideological and political education of higher education also has a difference of two higher education that the ideological and political differences of educational content, methods, and the differences of differences of principle. Two higher education through the ideological and political education of the similarities and differences compared to the ideological and political education, innovation and the concept of higher school, innovative methods of ideological and political education, ideological and political education innovation vectors and mechanisms, in order to achieve the establishment and improvement and popularization of higher education with the phase of ideological and political education purposes.
