Abstract


The quality of education is the core issue for the development of education, but also the lifeblood of the popularization of higher education. Therefore, the quality of higher education has become the focus of widespread concern around the world. To build a security system to ensure that the quality of higher education, also valued by more and more countries in the world. With the speed of the Popularization of Higher Education, the grave concerns of people on the issue of quality of higher education. In recent years, the increasingly strong desire to build a quality higher education quality assurance system. How to learn from the successful experience of the developed countries in this regard, it is an important issue worth deep thinking. The United States is the world of higher education is the most developed, the quality assurance system is doing the best country, and the establishment of China's Higher Education Quality Assurance System is late, this study attempts to successful security system by comparing the quality of higher education of the two countries, for draw on the experience of the United States to make the thought and effort, and has a positive and practical significance. This paper is divided into four parts: the first is the introduction to clarify the source of the problem, the purpose and significance of the research, the status of research, research methods, ideas and innovation, and the key concepts are defined. Chapter longitudinal comparison of Sino-US Higher Education Quality Assurance System. The part of the higher education quality assurance system is divided into internal security system and external security system, through longitudinal comparative analysis of the characteristics of the quality assurance system of higher education in China and the disadvantaged, and American higher education quality assurance system characteristics. Chapter II of the Sino-US Higher Education Quality Assurance System horizontal comparison. The third chapter discusses the revelation of American higher education quality assurance system to the Chinese. American higher education quality assurance system for the problems of the Higher Education Quality Assurance System, the first to explore the revelation of American higher education quality assurance system to build China's Higher Education Internal Quality Assurance System, and then explore the building of Chinese higher education external quality assurance system revelation.
