Abstract


In recent years, the quality of teachers has become one of the hot topics in the world of education . \In this study, the use of literature survey and analysis of the induction, mathematical statistics and other research methods Beijing primary school physical education teachers in the new curriculum context of professional knowledge , professional ability , professional development , awareness of the status quo system detailed research . The results show that : Beijing elementary school physical education teacher age , gender, educational structure more reasonable , is an experienced , energetic team ; Although the new curriculum requirements to improve the professional quality of primary school PE teachers , but the vast majority of primary school physical education teachers in the practice of the new curriculum efforts to improve their professional quality , better adapted to the requirements of the new curriculum . The study also found that Beijing primary school physical education teachers in the development of professional knowledge , professional competence and professional development awareness between regions there are significant differences , urban teachers score significantly better than in the three suburbs ( County ) teachers ; addition , Beijing primary school physical education teachers in the development of expertise between male and female teachers , there were significant differences . The results have a more clear understanding of the status quo of Beijing elementary school physical education teachers' professional knowledge , ability , self-development awareness , science education authorities to develop a Beijing elementary school physical education curriculum reform process , important and difficult to improve Beijing primary school physical education teachers pre- training and the quality of post- training laid a good foundation .
