Abstract


The paper uses quantitative methods combined with qualitative research methods, survey and research on the survival of the state of the city's private garden preschool teachers in Henan Province. Researchers through surveys and interviews of child care teachers and principals, combined with the related literature, theory, private kindergarten teacher the survival status quo and influencing factors, in-depth, detailed analysis, and survival of the state to improve the private kindergarten teachers to make some recommendations. The paper consists of five parts: Chapter 1: Introduction. This study presents City private kindergarten teachers in Henan Province survival status quo with the private kindergarten in the rapid development in a short period of time, the survival of the state of the private kindergarten teachers? Analysis of factors affect the survival of the state private kindergarten teachers, and to make some suggestions to help private kindergarten teachers in improving the survival of the state, to promote the healthy development of the private kindergarten. Chapter II: The content and design. This study was mainly literature, questionnaire and interview. Using stratified random sampling method samples garden location 650 preschool teachers in five cities in Henan Province, 28 private kindergartens questionnaires, interviews to assist the investigation, and some of the principal of and early childhood teacher. Chapter III: Survey of state private kindergarten teachers survive. The survey on the the survival status quo of the private kindergarten teachers in Henan Province city include five aspects of the working conditions, work environment, work pressure, professional development and subjective well-being. Finally, the following conclusions: 1. Working low pay. City private kindergarten teachers in Henan Province, the wages are not high, basic and full payment, only a small number of teachers to apply for the five insurance payments. Better working environment. Most of the teachers own garden where the physical environment and the human environment. Working pressure, pressure from parents and children. Private kindergarten teachers' professional development and a strong sense, but limited. The professional way to grow is to participate in the teaching and research activities carried out by a variety of training and kindergarten. Private kindergarten teachers in Henan Province subjective well-being status quo is a middle level. Chapter 4: City private kindergarten teachers in Henan Province survival status of influencing factors. On the basis of the results presented, the researchers analyzed the factors that affect the survival of private kindergarten teachers state, found that the main factors affect the survival of private kindergarten teachers state: private kindergarten funding sources are limited, unreasonable distribution; insufficient external management internal the unscientific management mechanism; individual factors for preschool teachers. Chapter 5: the survival of the state of thinking on improving private kindergarten teachers. According to the analysis of the above factors, the researchers made the following recommendations: expand the sources of funding, reasonable allocation of funds; external management departments give full play to the function of management, kindergarten sound internal management mechanism; private kindergarten teachers' efforts to improve the survival status.
