Abstract


With the continuous expansion of the scale in rural areas, the rural land-use status and ownership have changed a lot, the existing cadastral maps and information has been unable to meet needs of the cadastral department and land administration, which has affected the land resources management to carry out in normal, so it is necessary to establish a land-ownership information management system.Then it mainly presents the .NET development platform framework and the key principles and ways of spatial database engine which uses ArcSDE in my paper and ArcEngine component and analyzes the advantage of ArcEngine in integration secondary development of the GIS system in depth. And making needs analysis to the system from three face of the operations, functions and performance, and so build the overall framework of land ownership information systems. In accordance with the overall design, the system runs in C/S mode, combines with large-scale relation database Oracle 9i, adopts ArcEngine provided by ESRI as the component library of secondary development and Visual Studio 2005 as the developing tool, and uses the current popular programming languages C# for developing to establish land ownership information management system. It makes use of ownership data of land Fumeng county in the second land survey to verify. The system implements some operations functions, such as display, query, browse, edit, management and maintenance. Finally, it summarizes the full text and make several follow-up research proposals.The study has shown that rural land ownership survey database management system can make graphics data and attribute data of land ownership to be stored entirely, satisfy the needs of management workers of rural land ownership inquiry, and has certain flexibility. It is practicable to develop the rural land ownership management system using ArcEngine technology, combined with the corresponding SDE technology and GIS components as the technology road. The system plays an important role in strengthening the administration by law, making an effort on the land ownership dispute mediation and effectively promoting the rural land ownership management.
