Abstract


With the continuous development of China's economic construction, China's rapid development of highway construction, especially highway construction has made remarkable achievements. The most economically developed areas, the laying of the road network has been basically completed, pavement maintenance and management problems gradually exposed. As road management and maintenance departments, should set up their own management area within the pavement management system as soon as possible, the use of modern management methods, systems analysis methods and means of computer technology to provide scientific data and analysis methods for pavement maintenance, alteration, in order to effectively use limited resources to provide a good level of service road, and ultimately to reduce transportation costs for society as a whole, the purpose of saving social resources. Pavement Management System has changed the traditional the highway management mode backward, the highway management decisions more data, information technology and scientific. Countries Pavement Management System application practice shows that the establishment and implementation of a pavement management system is the inevitable trend of development of future road management. This system is in Hubei Expressway Industrial Development Co., Ltd. based on the key technology of \Firstly requirement to carry out a detailed analysis of the demand for asphalt pavement maintenance decision support system and its function to determine the system developed technical route on the basis of the B / S architecture using J2EE open source Struts Framework, Spring, Hibernate, Ajax technology, JavaScript frameworks JQuery development. Specific analysis of the system platform, database, data persistence and various functional modules of the design process. Struts, Spring and Hibernate and system log configuration system platform; road repository database design analysis, the relationship between the tables in the database of pavement maintenance, pavement decision-making library and system management library and its detailed design; design data persistence illustrates POJO file, database table corresponding mapping file and the DAO file; each functional module design, combined with the realization of system functions analysis of the key technologies and system applications. System maintenance data read from Excel to the database through Ajax technology to data before and after the interaction data in JSON format to be sent in the to use Flexigrid page to read JSON format data displayed in tabular form, data statistical analysis diagram using amcharts draw, conservation report prepared by iText generated Word document. This paper summarizes the results of the work, the next stage of work were prospected.
