Abstract


In this paper, procyclicality as a link, the generation and analysis of the pro-cyclical strengthening mechanism, to explore mechanisms and exacerbate the crisis . Based counter-cyclical policy tool of choice , explore the trend of financial regulatory reform , trying to build macro-prudential regulatory framework. Finally try to build our country's macro-prudential regulatory framework , presents and analyzes four possible modes.
