Abstract


With the opening up and development of the communications industry and telecom companies competition is becoming increasingly fierce , how to reduce costs to improve profit margins become the focus of attention of the mobile communication enterprises , select the accurate cost calculation method has become a priority . Job - based costing methods as advanced modern enterprise management tools in foreign countries has been extensively studied and application of the concept of operations of this accounting method introduced daily costing , cost-sharing can be effective , making the company's products more accurate and reasonable cost , to facilitate enterprises to strengthen cost control . In this paper , the introduction of activity-based costing mobile communication enterprises , on the basis of the basic theory of activity-based costing , in conjunction with the mobile communication enterprises industry particularity , construct a \the the GS company's marketing costs , for example the the job costing instance demonstrated the feasibility and effectiveness of mobile communication enterprises accounted for using activity-based costing analysis, from the theoretical level and job level . At the same time , the article also pointed out that the mobile communication enterprises should pay attention to the problems in the implementation of activity-based costing , such as measures to improve the protection and the corresponding recommendations . Absorbed the essence of the results of previous studies , this paper put forward their own views and opinions . The one hand, currently costing troubled mobile communication enterprises are not allowed to cost control failure presents an effective solution , but also for the advanced management system in the development and improvement of China's telecommunications industry has laid a certain foundation .
