Abstract


With the economic globalization and the rapid development of science and technology , an increasingly competitive market , the organization itself has limited resources and R \u0026 D capabilities alone is difficult to gain a competitive advantage in the highly competitive international market . Some organizations begin viewing angle turn to outside , to seek cooperation with other organizations , science and technology human resource sharing , complementary partner technology advantages in human resources , human resources supply and demand balance each technology . Reasonable use , how to organize scientific and technological human resources and improve the efficiency of sharing is an important issue to solve scientific and technological human resources are unevenly distributed and shared facing . Therefore , the problem of the organization of science and technology human resources shared research has important significance . This paper uses a literature analysis , questionnaire survey method , a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods . First, review the relevant literature and research dynamic , clear object of study and research methods ; Second , from the perspective of social capital , the science and technology human resources shared conceptual model through a survey and analysis of the demonstrated social capital and technology human resources shared exists between the impact ; once again built on the basis of the empirical analysis contains a communication mechanism , incentive mechanisms and trust mechanisms , including science and technology human resource sharing mechanism ; Finally , the analysis of the status of China 's science and technology human resource sharing , and for the status quo some countermeasures . This paper argues that social capital there is a positive impact of science and technology manpower resource sharing , higher human resources and social capital helps to improve the efficiency of the science and technology human resources shared . Communication and trust is a bridge to connect the relationship between science and technology human resources and social capital and technology human resource sharing , help to improve the scientific and technological human resources and social capital . Communication to strengthen the links between the scientific and technological human resources of strength and density , and to reach a common vision and goals ; establishment of trust relationships help to reduce transaction costs and improve the efficiency of cooperation , enhance the sense of identity and cohesion between the scientific and technological human resources . Therefore , under the principles to improve the scientific and technological human resources and social capital , communication, trust -based incentive supplemented , science and technology human resource sharing mechanism constructed by the communication mechanisms and trust mechanisms and incentives .
