Abstract


Along with the global profession competition’s aggravating,how to design and manufacture products that meet the diverse needs of customers is more and more important.At first,the enterprise forecast future sales volume on the basis of former sale data,work out the production plan,then the compony will do the mass productions through the MTS way,but it will make the stock increase a lot,or will lower the customer service level because of shortages.Afterward,the MTO production method is accepted gradually by the enterprise,but it takes the benefit of economies of scale in the produces and allocates steps as cost.Under this situation,the strategy of postponement arise at the historic moment,actually,the destination to implement the strategy of postponement is unify these two production method,divides the entire production process into the universalization production and the personalization production.In the universalized stage,the enterprise arranges the production according to the forecast;in personalized stage,the enterprise arranges the production according to the order form customers.This article takes the strategy of postponement as the research key,analysis the cost change tendency before and after the implementation of the strategy of postponement in the enterprise,and subsequently established the quantitative model,explan the cost change quantity more rigorous after the implementation of the delay strategy,at last,prove the model by an example.The prime task of the paper is:1.Research the CODP localization question after the implemention of the delay strategy through the qualitative method.2.Research the CODP localization question after the implemention of the manufacturing delays through the qualitative method.Describe the influence to the procurement cost,the transportation cost and the inventory cost,constructe the related policy-making frame chart,and establish the quantitative model.3.Research the CODP localization question after the implemention of the logistics delays through the qualitative method.Describe the influence to the transportation cost and the inventory cost,constructe the related policy-making frame chart,and establish the quantitative model.4.Verify the model in the form of examples.
