As the special nature of human capital, human capital is very difficult to measure, it is human capital theory currently unresolved problems, and the difficulties of human capital measurement of human capital theory has been a focus of criticism. Therefore, the study of human capital measurement is to improve the human capital theory are required. In this paper, knowledge workers as the research object, through the previous value measurement of human capital review and summary of relevant content in order to establish a more reasonable value of human capital, knowledge workers econometric model. As the main labor force in today's society of knowledge workers, the correct measure of its value, for enterprises to attract, train, motivate knowledge workers, provide a theoretical basis, has a wealth of practical significance. First, we review the relevant theoretical basis, through the definition and characteristics of knowledge workers, human capital theory and knowledge workers elaboration of human capital characteristics, the system analyzes the knowledge workers with other types of employees similarities and differences, and in the introduction of human capital theory and abroad, while the value of human capital measurement study indicate the need for knowledge workers then put forward the five characteristics of human capital and human capital play a key point. Secondly, from the knowledge worker human capital, knowledge worker's personality and organizational analysis of three aspects of the environment of knowledge workers value of human capital factors, and based on these three aspects of knowledge workers to build human capital value index system ; through questionnaires, access to data, obtained using factor analysis method affect the value of human capital, knowledge workers of eight factors: working knowledge factor, capacity factor, health factors, work experience factor, moral quality factor, attitude factors, corporate culture factor , job characteristics factor; through AHP, the use of expert surveys to determine the weight of each factor, the establishment of knowledge workers value of human capital measurement model. Finally, knowledge workers in the verification value of human capital measurement model, based on the summary of findings and deficiencies. Knowledge workers value measurement of human capital human capital pricing, investment and employee incentives was developed to provide a more solid theoretical basis for improving human capital theory provides a favorable support.
