Abstract


Hostile takeover newborn product in recent years, China 's capital market development process , carried out with the split share structure reform , fiery such as tea . Hostile takeover friendly takeover difference is that the acquisition of the company in the case without the consent of the target company's management of the target company launched a takeover bid to get control over a target company acquisition . The main purpose of this study was to evaluate the listed companies in China launched a hostile takeover before and after the performance changes , and tries to combine the concrete case the background to identify the main factors to affect the performance of a hostile takeover changes . The main method of accounting , securities market since 1993 occurred in the case of listed companies involved in hostile takeovers sample empirical analysis , comparative analysis of performance before and after the hostile takeover of the draw listed companies change situation through a comprehensive index system , and then qualitative analysis occurred in the context of the specific case .
