Abstract

The tribute's false gills medaka is the annual seasonal fish, the monsoon climate affect the environment for long in the wild, hereditary short life cycle. Before the arrival of the dry season, they will lay their eggs underwater soil; wait until the rainy season comes, the fish quickly hatch, grow up, aging rapidly after spawning, and the expression of these traits are extremely sensitive to temperature changes. Therefore, the purpose of this thesis is to study false gill medaka reared under different temperature tribute's growth, development, sexual maturation and aging aspects to demonstrate the important role played by the temperature of external factors . Research methods are summarized below, will hatch on the same day tribute's false gills medaka reared at four different temperatures containers, temperatures were set to 25 ° C, 27 ° C, 29 ° C, 31 ° C. Observe the growth and development of the four temperature group contribution false gills medaka and survival daily, weekly record time data measurement, press the month summary, drawing curves. In the tribute's false gills medaka 7 months, fit the male as the representative to expand each temperature group of aging research, aging detection selection of the following four categories aging markers: SA-β-Gal (epithelial tissue aging specific sexual β-galactosidase), skeletal muscle protein oxidation level of lipofuscin in the liver, the cerebral cortex nerve degeneration. Eventually compare the temperature group difference in the amount of senescence markers to reveal the body's aging. The results show that the temperature of the tribute's false gills medaka significantly, and the lower the temperature of the tribute's more suitable for a false gill medaka survival. These, 25 ° C, 27 ° C, 29 ° C, 31 ° C for four temperature groups, 25 ° C showed good growth and maturity, the largest number of survival, and the degree of aging temperature compared to other groups lightest. 25 ℃ groups compared to the tribute's false gill medaka growth and development of the situation, as the temperature increases, there will be a downward trend in which 29 ° C and 31 ° C the two groups decreased most significantly. Such as growth inhibition by high temperatures and weakened; spine at 29 ° C, 31 ° C two groups appeared abnormal development of the phenomenon. In addition, the comparison of the male and female sexual maturation and survival found that females are influenced by the temperature change is more obvious. Such low temperatures, the female first ovulation earlier than the hyperthermia group 1-2 attentive to the male hair color is more stable, and sooner or later, do not change significantly; and the female is more likely to survive at low temperatures, resulting in the male the little change in the proportion of the total. The expression levels of these four aging markers, successive downward trend with decreasing temperature, low temperature tribute's false gill medaka aging lesser extent, lower the temperature to retard the aging process of the tribute's false gill medaka. The comprehensive know that, the tribute's the false gills medaka the growth, development, maturation, survival and aging are sensitive to changes in temperature and lower temperature on the survival of the tribute's fake gills medaka has a positive significant impact.
