Abstract


The land is a precious natural resources and means of production. Rural land and rural labor force is an important source of economic growth in rural areas of China. The land transfer land contract and management rights of farmers have land management rights (right to use) for sale to other farmers or the behavior of economic organization. Its ability to increase investment in rural areas, promote the development of rural urbanization, changing the economic model of China's dependence on exports and investment-led growth. This thesis, various statistical literature through the inspection of the change of the land transfer and the income of the farmers in Shanxi Province, and combined with field trips, to understand the changes in the living conditions of farmers in Shanxi and economic changes in income, quantitative analysis of the impact of the land as a tradable production of the income of the farmers in Shanxi, is expected to achieve the following objectives: (1) system induction and consolidation of recent factors that affect the income of the farmers in Shanxi, which found a new growth point of the income of the farmers. (2) the calculation and evaluation of land transfer income of the farmers in Shanxi. The introduction in the first chapter, the analysis of the constraints of the status quo of the land transfer and drawbacks and Shanxi farmers' income, combined with domestic and international literature review of this research ideas, methods and possible innovations. The second chapter is the basis of the theory of the land transfer and the income of the farmers. Systematically expounded the theory of property rights, institutional change and rent, and a series of classic land transfer, hoping to get inspiration. Clear explanation in this chapter for the definition of the income of the farmers and statistical methods, listed on the basis of adult family labor, land quality, urban employment space industry of choice and national policies and other factors affect the income of farmers. Chapter Shanxi overview of the income of the farmers and land transfer. Shanxi farmers' income from the founding to the early 21st century, has gone through four different stages, the absolute value of an upward trend, dominant contribution analysis of operating net income of wage income and family, both there had been large fluctuations; farmers to produce income and unproductive income analysis, we found that the ratio of the two parabolic movement characteristics. Chapter Shanxi land transfer to the empirical analysis of the impact on the income of the farmers is a core part of this thesis. This chapter examine Shanxi typical rural land transfer from the point of view of macroeconomic statistics, which found its characteristics; using multiple linear regression model to analyze land individual circulation activities impact on farmers' income, important to identify the impact of future rural per capita net income factor in another way; looking for scale management of land transfer is a key factor affecting farmers' income and to calculate the size to provide policy advice for future work. The fifth chapter in the comprehensive analysis of the chapters put forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the land transfer, increase farmers' income.
