Abstract


The development of today's world, economic globalization and trade liberalization, and promote the development of the logistics industry in the world. The logistics industry as an emerging service sector in the national economy, are rapidly worldwide development and growth. International logistics is considered to be the arteries of the national economic development and basic industries, the extent of its development has become one of the hallmarks of the important measure of a country's modernization level and overall national strength, is also an important driving force to promote socio-economic development. With the rapid development of economic globalization and information technology, production information to obtain the widening scope of product marketing, material flows, commodity trading and management is and will continue to undergo profound changes. Customers increasingly want to get \Quickly seize the market in order to expand the scale of operation, and expansion of the business chain, the world logistics enterprises to achieve the purpose of integrated logistics resources through corporate restructuring. Admittedly, the reorganization of assets is one of the effective ways to expand the scale of operation, and is also conducive to the adjustment of the industrial structure, or the promotion of effective means for enterprises to concentrate superior resources.
