Abstract


The combined logistics logistics services and financial services financial business is the current third-party logistics companies , banks and small and medium-sized enterprises in the fierce competition in the market is one of the main ways of undefeated . Able through studies on the mode of operation of the logistics and financial business innovation for third-party logistics companies and banks , as well as to seek new profit growth point , to provide new ideas and implementation methods , and to provide new ideas for capital constrained corporate financing activities , has some theoretical significance and practical significance . This paper analyzes the domestic and foreign scholars on logistics finance , domestic and international logistics and financial developments , summarizes the existing the logistics financial operations mode . For existing logistics and financial characteristics of the mode of operation , in the mode of operation of improved logistics and financial the logistics financial operation of the core mode - third-party logistics enterprise shares and monitor of funding constraints enterprise funds flow mode of operation .
