Abstract


With the rapid development of information technology at the core of the IT economy era comes, market increases competition among enterprises, enterprises are starting to put more attention to external resources, only the integration of external resources can solve the problems that enterprises lack of resources. The "virtual enterprise" of this new form of organization and management models has been created the opportunity. The members of the Virtual enterprise are in order to seize market opportunities to join together, through the integration of all members of the company’s core resources and strengths to achieve all-win goal. Virtual enterprise corporate to the impact of the financial management of the traditional theory of corporate financial management has been unable to adapt to the new situation, therefore, this paper attempts to question the financial management of virtual enterprise to do some research.This article is in the virtual enterprise concept, characteristics and mode of operation were analyzed based on the turn of the virtual enterprise system for financial management of this content and conducted in-depth analysis and research. At last, article focused on the financial management of key issues:the virtual enterprise’s financial risk and Virtual enterprise financial warning model.
